High Speed Machining CenterSpindle speed up to 6,000 rpm, spindle power 18.5 kW, two-stage gears, torque up to 48.04 kgf-m. Powerful transmission gears, precision grinding, and oil cooled lubrication prevent vibration and noise.

Spindle speeds up to 10,000 rpm, spindle with heat-insulated direct-direct-design (IDD), with spindle oil-air lubrication, reduces thermal variation, improves spindle accuracy and extends spindle bearing life. The spindle power is 22 kW, gearbox-less design, high and low gears are electrically shifted by the spindle motor itself, and the torque is up to 36.03 kgf-m. (Optional feature).

The spindle adopts the QUILL TYPE peripheral design with circulating cooling oil circuit, together with the oil temperature controller, to ensure that the spindle head, gears, bearings and other head to achieve a “constant temperature” condition, and at the same time to maintain the machining accuracy of the machine.

The spindle is equipped with precision angled ball bearings (bearing ID 100 mm, housing OD 200 mm), which have good axial and radial rigidity and are suitable for heavy cutting.
