Qiaohong T2000 Drilling and tapping center, high rigidity, high precision spindle, using ultra-precision angled ball bearings (P4 level), can withstand strong radial axial thrust, high stability and durability. The automatic blowing function at the nose of the spindle and during tool change can effectively block iron chips, oil and water vapor, ensuring the cleanliness and service life of the spindle. The spindle adopts Japan Mitsubishi servo motor. All castings adopt advanced finite element analysis technology to strengthen the rigidity of castings to meet the requirements of high-speed and high-precision machining, and the main casting adopts high-strength Meehan castings. All three axes are guided by linear guides for fast speed and high positioning accuracy.
