QIAOHONG T2000 Drilling and tapping center，High rigidity and high precision spindle, supported by ultra-precision angled ball bearings (P4 grade), enables the spindle to withstand strong radial axial thrust with high stability and durability. The spindle nose and the automatic blowing function during tool change can effectively block the iron chips, oil and water vapor to ensure the cleanliness and life of the spindle. The spindle is powered by Mitsubishi servo motors from Japan, and all castings are designed with advanced finite element analysis technology to strengthen the rigidity of the castings to meet the requirements of high-speed and high-precision machining, and the main castings are made of high-strength Meehan castings. All three axes use JIS C3 grade high-precision ball screws (Ф32/Ф25), which are properly pre-tensioned during assembly, and use high-precision laser measuring instrument for screw backlash trapping and pitch compensation to ensure the precision of movement. x,y axis axis motors are driven by Japanese servo motors to ensure the smooth and stable movement of all axes, and the precision of feed. All three axes are guided by linear rails for fast speed and high positioning accuracy.
